Hall Rental

General Info

  • Holds 100 people

  • 100 chairs 

  • Thirteen 5' round tables 

  • Five 6' rectangular tables

  • Full kitchen at your disposal

  • Refrigerator, freezer, coffee urn and stove/oven to reheat food 

  • The stove/oven can only be used for re-heating food, not for cooking. 

  • We do not recommend a specific caterer; however, if you would like the name of a caterer that is familiar with our hall, contact the rental coordinator

  • Alcohol is permitted for personal consumption

  • Ice machine available at the firehouse for use

  • The cost of the hall covers a 6-hour time block.  Please email for the current pricing/bookings.

  • The time includes your set up and breakdown times. There is a deposit due at the time the contract is signed. Final payment is due 2 weeks prior to the event. The hall is also available by the hour or for additional hours at an hourly rate.

  • Renters are responsible for setting up the tables and chairs; and also breaking them down. The hall must be swept and mopped prior to leaving. When leaving, the hall should look like it did when you arrived.
