A Comfortable Space for Up to 100 Guests
Our hall is ideal for small to mid-size events and can be arranged to suit your needs, whether you’re hosting a seated dinner, presentation, or open gathering.
Included with your rental:
• Seating for up to 100 guests
• Thirteen 5-foot round tables
• Five 6-foot rectangular tables

You’re free to design the layout that works best for your event.
Convenient Kitchen Access
You’ll have access to our kitchen for food storage and reheating, making setup and service easy.

Kitchen amenities include:
• Refrigerator and freezer
• Stove and oven for reheating food only
• Ample space for catered meals

While we don’t require a specific caterer, we’re happy to connect you with vendors familiar with our hall upon request.
Alcohol Permitted with Proper Coverage
Alcohol is permitted for personal consumption with an insurance rider that includes alcohol coverage. This policy helps protect both our renters and the fire department while allowing you to celebrate responsibly.

Rental Details
• Rental includes a 6-hour time block
• Time includes setup and breakdown
• Deposit required at contract signing
• Final payment due two weeks prior to your event

To keep costs affordable for everyone, renters are responsible for setting up and breaking down tables and chairs. We ask that the hall be swept and mopped before departure and returned to the condition it was received.
